Pricing depends on size, finish, and whether we're removing an existing slab. Standard broom-finish patios typically run $7–$12 per square foot installed. Stamped or decorative finishes run higher. We give you a free on-site quote so the number is accurate before you commit to anything.

Most residential patios are poured and finished in one day. Site prep usually takes a half day to a full day beforehand. You can walk on it in 24–48 hours and place furniture on it after about 7 days.

Yes. We do stamped patterns (brick, slate, cobblestone), exposed aggregate, smooth trowel, and broom finish — with or without integral color. If you have a photo of what you want, bring it and we'll match it.

Standard residential patios are poured at 4 inches with rebar. If you plan to park on it, place a hot tub, or want extra durability, we recommend 5–6 inches. We'll advise you during the estimate based on your specific use case.

All concrete cracks eventually — but where and how it cracks is the contractor's job to control. We cut control joints at proper intervals so that any movement happens along planned lines, not randomly across the surface. Proper base prep and curing are what prevent structural cracking.
